We have facilitated the replacement process for you through the following procedures:
Time period policy to replace purchases
Replacement within 3 days from the date of purchase.
A specific plate replacement policy
This policy applies, provided that the painting is in its original condition when purchased, enveloped, and in the same original condition when purchased.
The plate that has been opened and has a manufacturing or print defect can be replaced with the same item, provided that the customer hands it over to the technical officer in the Kanafy store.
In the event of a replacement, the customer must deliver the plate to the headquarters of the Canvasy store, while adhering to the above conditions.
The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging or returning products
Ways to replace:
